need some help

hi ppl first off all i am new here so idk if i am on the got part off the forum
anyway
i need some help i get a system error msg every time i go on ie and also when i look around on my pc its saying

system error:
your system is infected with a dangerous virus!
note:strongly recommend to install antispyware program to clean your system and avoid total crash of your computer!

click ok to download the antispyware. (recommended)

i did scan my pc using spyhunter and malewarebytes
nod32 virus scanner is poping up every now and then whit this :
win32/adware.iedefender.ndf applicatie
and afther all that its still here i am lost now can some help plz
idk what to do any more
