Hello Frank, welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
    http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Since you did not post the Kaspersky Online Scan, I can only report on the HJT findings. First, you appear to have a hidden Vundo infection and bad as that is, that is not the worse of your problems.
    This is: C:\WINDOWS\winhost.exe
    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...xe&btnG=Search
    Probably this one: http://www.liutilities.com/products/...brary/winhost/
This virus is distributed via the Internet through e-mail and comes in the form of an e-mail message, in the hopes that you open its hostile attachment. The worm has its own SMTP engine which means it gathers E-mails from your local computer and re-distributes itself. In worst cases this worm can allow attackers to access your computer, stealing passwords and personal data.
A Backdoor is a software program that gives an attacker unauthorized access to a machine and the means for remotely controlling the machine without the user's knowledge. A Backdoor compromises system integrity by making changes to the system that allow it to by used by the attacker for malicious purposes unknown to the user.

One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.
This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files
I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. I've read these information, and since this seems more serious than I thought, I think I'll have to find time to reinstall everything.
    Thanks!

I can understand that decision, I would have to do the same. If possible, before you wipe it clean, one of the creators of the tools we use would like copies of a few malware files on your computer to study. If you would use this link:
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/subm...php?channel=27
and submit these files if they are on the computer:

    C:\WINDOWS\winhost.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\jmwnw64l.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ocntnkdn.exe

Please post a link to your topic:

and in the comments box, indicate they are for AndyManchesta
