Need help cleaning up Coolwwwsearch

[Hai5_2U]

I was able to quarentine and delete CoolWWWsearch from my computer but it seems to have left behind some residue. Here are my log files. Please help.

Hi

Please uninstall Spybot for now to make sure TeaTimer won't interfere fixing. You may reinstall it after system is all clean

1. Download combofix from any of these links and save it to Desktop:

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you (C:\ComboFix.txt). Post that log & a fresh hjt log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

Hi

Kaspersky flags out some items in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\Quarantine folder. Make hidden files visible (instructions below) and check if there're any items in that folder. Remove everything inside it but not the folder itself. How's the system running now?

* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.

OK. Found them. These items were backup files made by Symantic before cleaning. They are now deleted. I will run Kasp again and post the new log.
