I downloaded the latest version of filealyzer and when I install it it says it is installing version 1.2 but when I use it the info panel says it is version 1.1i... I had that version installed previously... am I missing something?

They didnt update the version information is all, If you check in addremove programs or the downloaded file properties you will see the proper version mentioned there.
The version information is still in the language file there, thus overwrite the updated version information inside the file (since the language file was not updated).
