S&D 1.6 wants to run on restart

I am working on an old pc that was infected with a lot of malware. Spybot S&D removed all but 8 items and then gave the option of running on restart.

I clicked "yes" and restarted the PC. When S&D scanned this time it took 2 to 3 times longer to scan, and at the end I get the standard screen that gives me the option to scan (Again!) There is a note at the bottom border on the left side that indicates that S&D found the 8 remaining items.

How do I use this screen to eliminate the remaining 8 items?
I don't want to re-scan since S&D found the items, but I see no way to remove the malware.

Any clues?

You'll have to click on the "Search&Destroy" tab.
