    Angry Spybot

I was able to download spybot and ran n safemode did not find anything but cookies. I have restore system over 5 times and still same thing. A restoring same thing is happening again. Once I give admin a password then create a standard a account I am locked out of the admin password and not able to download any software. Everything is grayed out when you go to the services. Nothing can be stopped or started. Its completey grayed out with passwords. My service host is very very high. I have Norton Antivirus 2008 but not catching it. I My system starup for Spybot has a red line that tells me that %WINDIR%/SMINST/launcher.exe is starting up a indicates thats a virus. Nothing is catching this. Also, C:\HP|HPQWARE\BTBHOST\SETACL.exe and C:\HP\BIN\KILLIT.exe is present. What do I do from here? evidently restoring this computer does not work, it may have gotten in the restore point dont know!
