Default Trojan.Vundo..etc infections. Please help me. thank you

Hi all, lately I been having issue on my laptop.
    1. My laptop is running slower than usual and it lags often.
    2. Windows update having an error code of 80070422.

This happens because I have accidentally download and clicked on an virus program (.exe file). But the weird thing is I have run scan through the file using symantec anti-virus before I open the .exe file, and it show me that it does not detect any viruses in the file. (thats the reason why i activated the .exe file).

Anyway. i have used spybot, a-squared free and CCleaner to clear whatever that is in that they scan, and they found no other infections. However, the 2 problems stills pesist. after lookin through several forums including microsoft and other hijackthis forums, I hope someone can help me out with clearing this.

I have downloaded malwarebytes (malwarebytes shown me some infections) and hijackthis.exe and here is the logged file.

And no, I did not run any fixes on my own (as many security experts on forums have instructed so on several forums)

    Hi

A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.

    1. Download combofix from any of these links and save it to Desktop:
    Link 1
    Link 2
    Link 3

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

    2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you (C:\ComboFix.txt). Post that log & a fresh hjt log in your next reply

    Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

If you have problems with Combofix usage, see here
