BugDoctor false positive?

Hi. It has been suggested on Cnet forum that I post this - seems to be a FP

S&D 1.6.0 dowloaded , installed and updated yesterday. Scan reported

I never used BugDoctor , my computer is about 4months old, came with Vista.

BugDoctor.zip put into quarantine, when scanned (rightclick) with S&D – nothing found
