win32.webdir.b - what is it/how to remove?

Ad-Aware isn't giving me any results, nor is Avast anti-virus, but Spybot is finding something called "win32.webdir.b",which is listed as a trojan.

The problem is, everytime I try to "fix selected problems", Spybot freezes completely.

The version of Spybot says 1.6.0 at the top of the program, if that matters.

Help with either problem (the infection or the freezing) would be very appreciated.
