Hi,

When I booted up my lap top, SbyBot came up, and since I am not techy at all, I don't know what program is what, so I denied the changes when each box came up. This I see is a big mistake.

Now, I can't get online, or do a system restore; I get: "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel." This comes up with just about everything.
I also can not access the tutorial for Spybot' It is: Spybot d152.
I can open my word documents, but get the same error when I try to open programs, like itunes, and all microsoft programs.

Can I find what changes I denied, and fix this?
I need to leave like a couple of hours ago for a business trip, and I need my laptop, I am on my desk top now.

If anyone can help, I really appreciate it.

You don't say what operating system you are using, but you could try accessing system restore via a boot into safe mode. To do this repeatedly hit the F8 key during bootup.
