Help Please i think i'm infected

I am new here and do not know a whole lot about computers.
When i run my search and destroy program i get these error messages. Are they something to worry about if so how can they be fixed?

What version is your Spybot? If it's older than 1.6 please uninstall it and get the latest one from this location to see if the problem still exists.
