Exclamation Firefox shut down or I have pop ups AND tee timer tell me a lot of register changes.

So here I am... on the computer of my girlfriend because mine got something when I've double click on an .exe file that I've scanned with AVG before.
I had so many problems... right now it's not so bad but Firefox still shut down and Spybot find nothing. Adaware find nothing too.

I have here vundofix, combofix, SDFix and ATF cleaner (I had a problem two years ago and I kept all these programs). I won't be able to scan over the Internet as long as I can't go over the Internet.

If you can answer me on it... is it normal to have like 14 svchost.exe in process ???????? I had that much before I reboot the computer.

So enough talking... here is my log file.

Thanks for existing... you do the best job ever.

    Hi

Yes, it's normal to have multiple svchost.exe process running as long as those are in C:\WINDOWS\System32 folder.

    Disable Spybot's TeaTimer
    • Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
    • If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
      select
      Advanced Mode
    • On the left hand side, click on Tools
    • Then click on the Resident icon in the list
    • Uncheck
      Resident TeaTimer
      and OK any prompts.
    • Restart your computer

Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running ComboFix tool:

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/comb...o-use-combofix

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first.

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says:

The Recovery Console was successfully installed.

    Please continue as follows:

    1. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix, link
      Remember to re-enable them afterwards.

    2. Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.

When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.

Please include the following reports for further review, and so we may continue cleansing the system:

    C:\ComboFix.txt
    New HijackThis log.

A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.
