Do I have malware? (_c00B4F35 "registry change")

When I booted up my computer tonight Spybot caught a process trying to make a registry change of _c00B4F35 (category Winlogon Notifiers). Even though I currently have it Blacklisted (which means the change is automatically denied) whatever is causing this keeps trying to make the change and doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon. I ran a Spybot scan on it but no Malware came up (only WildTangent and cookies) so I'm just wondering if it's actually malware that's causing this, or some security update I should let through (I also have McAfee).

Disable Spybot's TeaTimer

• Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
• If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
  select
  Advanced Mode
  
• On the left hand side, click on Tools
• Then click on the Resident icon in the list
• Uncheck
  Resident TeaTimer
  and OK any prompts.
• Restart your computer

When I logged on today (and almost right at the time I was reading the above) McAfee updated itself and detected and removed 2 "generic downloader.z (Trojan)"s, "file "C:\WINDOWS\system32\_c00B4F36.dat". After those were iced and restarted the computer and McAfee then caught 2 more "generic downloader.z (Trojan)"s, this time the file being listed as "C:\WINDOWS\system32\~.exe" and Spybot as the process that removed them.

The latest HijackMyLog is below (note: I didn't reboot after the second round of Trojans were removed, please let me know if I need to do so before submitting a HijackMyLog). Since McAfee/Spybot removed (some of?) the Trojans, should I still go ahead and run Combofix? (worth noting that I haven't had any more pop-ups from "Dumb Quiz" or fake virus-detectors, nor have I had any websites suddenly appear through IE since the above trojans were removed)

Did one last Spybot check before I was going to do the Combofix and guess what I found? VIRTUMONDE!!! Argh!!! (and it wasn't there when I Spyboted before/after my previous posts). Fortunately I had updated my Spybot so the Virtumonde was actually (apparently/hopefully) removed, while Ad-Aware picked up something funky with a registry key and removed that as well.

Here's the latest HijackMyLog. Haven't done Combofix yet because I wanted to see first (1) if the malware is still there after latest round of scans (I know, but I live in hope...) and more importantly (2) if Virtumonde is involved, are there any extra steps I need to take in addition to the above. Thanks!

Yes, there're still Vundo related stuff left. Spybot may not detect it all and that's why you get clean result.
