I don't know anything about Spybot 1.6.0.31. I installed Spybot 1.6.0.30 and no upgrade to Spybot 1.6.0.31 was offered. Those people running older versions of Spybot when the automatic update to Spybot 1.6 was released apparently got Spybot 1.6.0.31.
