Install Problems

I new here so please excuse me if this is in the wrong place.

As soon as the installation of spybot finishes i get this error:
unable to execute file
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SDWinSec.exe
CreateProcess failed; code 740
The requested operation requires elevation

Then when i try to update the immunization database it says:

You are missing administrative rights to perform this action
if i need to do this, please run this application elevated as an administrator.

Anyone had this problem before? I am the admin on this computer so idk what the problem is.

So was Spybot completely installed on the computer?

Are you using Vista? If so... Right-click the Spybot desktop icon and click "Run as Administer". You'll be able to fix during a scan, Update, and Immunize.
