Source code for spybot
Since Spybot - Search & Destroy is free and always strives to be better, how come the source code hasn't been released? Is there any way I could get a hold of it?

Asked and answered many times.
Freeware and Open Source are two entirely different things. Since Spybot Search & Destroy is only free for personal use and there is a commercial version provided for a fee, you're not likely to ever see the source under most circumstances.
The fact that someone wants to allow others to benefit from what they have created doesn't automatically imply that they want to give away the basis of that creation.

You can use OpenSBI. It's a feature in which you can create your own Spybot Include File.
