help.. i can't install/run antivirus programs - HJL included
antivirus programs that i have tried closes while installing.. so far, the only thing that was successfully installed is the Spybot S&D. however, it won't run at all.. when i double-click on the icon, it shows for about a millisecond then closes again.
another problem is that, i can't move/copy any file, my computer hangs when doing so.

I downloaded the HijackThis.exe directly into the HijackThis folder located in the desktop for the reason that my pc hangs when moving a file. that's okay..right?
