Persistent malware

I keep running Spybot scans for malware, and the same virus seems to come back each time I scan: HKUS\S-1-5-21--2121311564-41628063...Reg Chg Malware F03796FC. Is there another way to get rid of this virus or malware? Thanks for your help.

Which operating system do you have,and what version of Spybot do you have?

My operating system is: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. My Spybot version is: Spybot - Search & Destroy 2.2 Free Edition. Can you help me?

Then scan again,and see if it returns.
