Default Spybot and Firefox Immunization prob

    Hi everyone,
I am wondering if someone can help me with an immunization problem with spybot. Specifically, when I immunize after an update, I get an "unprotected 0" on spybot. However, if I click on "check again" afterward, I'll always have 3 unprotected items listed: 1 on "images", "installation", and "popups" under Firefox. I tried to undo and immunize, but nothing changed. I am running on WindowXP, Spybot 1.6.0.30, and Firefox 3.0.4. Thanks for your time!

    lilkotori,

One way you can get this result is by having items specifically made as exceptions within Firefox itself. In Firefox click on Tools, then options, then look in the various exceptions lists in the Content, Privacy and Security tabs.

The easiest way to see what you have is to first undo all of the immunisations in Spybot, and then unless you have a whole bunch of special allowances set up that are important to keep, just delete all of the exceptions that are in the above Firefox lists, and then re-immunise in Spybot.
