Advertising implies, that the users computer is beeing scanned and threats are beeing found.
Removal Instructions:

Desktop:

Please remove the following files from your desktop.
To check where they are pointing to, right-click them and choose "Properties" from the context menu appearing.
  • Shortcuts that include "WinAV.exe" in the target they point to.

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D, RunAlyzer or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.
  • Entries named "Salestart" and pointing to "*WinAntiVirus*".
  • Entries named "uwa6pcw" and pointing to ""<$PROGRAMFILES>\WinAntiVirus Pro 2006\uwa6pcw.exe"*".
  • Entries named "WinAntiVirusPro2006" and pointing to "*.exe*".
  • Entries named "fat.exe" and pointing to "*\WinAntiVirus Pro 2006\*.exe".
  • Entries named "WinAntiVirusPro2006" and pointing to "<$PROGRAMFILES>\WinAntiVirus Pro 2006\winav.exe /min".

Important: There are more autorun entries that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D to remove them.
