Malware Removal Help Needed---Log Attached

I have tried AVG, Spybot, SDFix, and AntiMalware. I have removed some of bad files but I still have some files loading or attempting to load at start-up and repeatedly thereafter that are causing problems--falozogi.dll and hemudapa.dll (you'll see these in the log). perhaps others too. and AVG doesn't run properly (so I uninstalled it), and I have problems accessing the internet.
