Bodhi, did you attach an image of post a screenshot using a Image hosting site? There doesn't seem to be any images in your post.

What entries is Spybot detecting exactly?

CyDoor is adware, which is responsible for displaying pop-ups in your machine (unwanted). Run a scan with Spybot-SD in Safe Mode and remove it from there.

Thanks for the info ill try that.
But what i meant was that from some unknown reason spybot has found 346395 problems (As can be seen in the first image) and he doesn't remove or display them, Only cydoor.
    Any tips?

    Thank you once again.

    Bodhi,

The 346395 seen in the task bar is the number of different nasties Spybot is looking for, not the number it has found.

When it finishes its scan, it shows the infections it has found in the main part of the screen in Red, and if it is set to scan for usage tracks as well, it will show these in Green.
