Quarantined Trojan-Spy.HTML keeps returning

Hello... I have a trojan-spy.HTML email that keeps coming back even though my Kasperksy Internet Security keeps quarantining it. It returns every couple of hours. This started Tuesday night where my email address was "hijacked" and I starting receiving hundreds of undeliverable email messages from people that I do not even know. Kaspersky says it was located in my deleted folders.. I have since emptied my deleted folders, ran SpyBot (which did not detect it), ran Adware (which did not detect it) and have rescanned my computer with Kaspersky multiple times. It keeps quarantining the email but nothing is working. My email is completely down now. My ISP keeps reseting my email password and re-activating my email but within minutes the email password is no longer valid. Someone please help!
