MyWay.MyWebSearch - HELP!!!

My Spybot picked up this adware today & I can't delete it. It created some folder called Askbar & I can't delete that either. My regular antivirus & spyware can't delete it either actually it's not even picking it up. I'm using windows Vista if that helps anyone. I've cleaned out all my temp files as wel which isn't helping. Please if someone knows anything about this or has this problem let me know.
