Default Winlogon value changed Userinit no info button option?

Spybot just sent me a notice that I need some expert assistance to figure out please.

Spybot has noticed an important registry entry that has been changed.

    Category: Winlogon
    Change: Value changed
    Entry: UserInit
    Old data: C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe.
    New data: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\userinit.exe.

    remember this decision
Allow change ? ***no info button*** Deny change

    Thanks very much in advance.

I have Windows XP home edition SP3
IE and FF both are up to date
    Norton Antivirus
    Spybot
    adaware
    spyware blaster
    registry mechanic

which are all up to date

Default Allow, Deny and/or remember important registry change

If there is something else I should be doing, thanks for being patient with a newbie to this board. I posted before, got many views but no advice?

Spybot notified me that an important registry change has been made.

Here is the info from the Spybot box

    Category Winlogon
    Change Category Change
    Entry UserInit
    Old data C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe.
    New data C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\userinit.exe.

Thanks I've had Spybot for years and this is the first time an entry has prompted me to ask others.

    Lightbulb more information...

can be found about teatimer and how to handle the prompts in the faq found here.

This thread also has useful info

Generally, if you are just online and surfing the internet, and you not installing anything or changing any system settings, you should deny. Not remember and deny, just deny. If you are installing software or changing a system setting (such as your screen saver), choose allow.

Hope that helps you in the future!
