Transfer HJT to my desktop

My desktop computer is infected and I cannot open Outlook Express or Internet Explorer. So I need to down load HJT to my laptop first. Once I download HJT to my laptop specifically what steps should I follow to transfer HJT to my desktop?

Please note that all instructions given are customised for this computer only, the tools used may cause damage if used on a computer with different infections.

Do you have a USB/Flash drive or some other method of transferring tools to the infected machine ?
