My pc is infected and i cant use it anymore

So here is the problem, last day i was surfing on the internet and ive forgot to activate my mcafee autoprotect and my pc got infected. The day after ive tried to open it but each time the windows XP deskop freeze.

As i write, i am on the second hard drive of my computer, on vista. Ive done a Malwarebyte's removal complete scan and a Mcafee complete scan, but I think im still infected because now, my windowsXP dont want to open at all.
It just reboot when i try to open it and i cant boot on my xp harddrive.

Please help me with that i dont know what to does.
