    Default BartPE and Spybot Proxy Prompt?

    I have Spybot running inside a BartPE Build I made. But when I open up Spybot I get a prompt asking me to put in my proxy settings. If I choose cancel then it continues and I am able to download updates. If I choose OK without putting any proxy server info in the dialog then I am unable to download any updates.

    My question is How can I make it so I do not get the prompt asking me to input my proxy info?
