Winfixer 2005 problem

I have winfixer 2005 on my computer, it is detected by Spybot and is removed. However, it almost immediately reappears whenever I go to a website.

Can anyone help to get this problem removed for ever from my computer ?

Help would be much appreciated !

Before you post a log

Then copy paste the hjt log into a new topic you create here:
Malware removal forum

Someone will take a look at the system and advise you in the removal of any infection.

After posting my response in the malware section, winfixer reappeared as usual asking me to download an install etc. Did it again just now.
