Totally Confused

Hi. I read "Before you Post" and that even confused me. I only know animals. I ran spybot on my computer and it said I had a Virtumonde.sci. It couldn't take it off, it suggested I run Spybot at startup and that should take care of it. I tried it and it didn't, infact it said that the scan had been aborted at start up, and I didn't abort it.
So I went to my norton and ran a full scan. Symantec said I had an Adware.Topsearch. It gave me instructions to remove it manually. It said it was running on Kazaa. I don't have Kazaa. I couldn't remove the program because it wasn't there.
So Spybot says I still have the virtumonde.sci and Norton says I still have Adware.Topsearch.
Are these 2 things the same?
I have checked the search link and saw where others had this problem. Looks real scary to try and remove it. But I am game for anything if someone will help. Thanks and sorry if I posted wrong.
