    Default IDLE.exe _TOTAL.exe

I keep getting these two items (IDLE.exe _TOTAL.exe in Task Manager Processes and they gradually corupt my computer. You can not kill them because they are "LOCKED". How can I get rid of them? No anti virus program finds them.

They are not new and just put either name in Googe Search and you'll find what must be thousands asking the same question I am, with no answers. Why does Zone Alarm ignore them?
