Spyware Bomber Hiding in CloneDVD?

hi all-

When I tried to uninstall CloneDVD 3.61 via Add/Remove programs, Spybots resident protection activated and warned me:

11/16/2005 4:25:22 PM Encountered and terminated SpywareBomber in C:\Program Files\CloneDVD 3-61\unins000.exe!

please note this is the other clonedvd program from (http://clonedvd.net/) NOT Elaborate Bytes.

is it really possible that they would hide spyware in the uninstall routine? is really scary if so. the program is listed as 100% "clean" by sites like softpedia, and I dont see it listed as having spyware on it. ideas anyone?
