Spybot finds many odd files I can't locate

Hi. When I watch SpyBot's progress, as it names the files it's examining, I see names of suspicious sounding files like vario.antivirus, kgbkeylogger, and many others, that I can not find with a WindowsXP search including hidden and system files.

What are these scary sounding files, and how can I get rid of them? Or are they files?

Ah, thanks! Wow, fast reply.

I hope you can help with my other problem, see other thread. I downloaded webwasher and installed it, from seimens website, linked there by spybot page. It's messing my computer up pretty badly.
