1) You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing.

Symantec and AVGFREE <<< obsolete

2) TeaTimer is not disabled as instructed in the directions.

When Spybot-S&D is installed.
TeaTimer needs to be disabled so that its protection does not interfere with fixes.

3) HijackThis is not safely located as instructed in the directions:

By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

You are infected, read and follow the directions. When you are running one antivirus program and the directions are followed for TeaTimer and HijackThis, post a new HijackThis log and I will take another look.
