Default Problem with dwwin.exe; Computer Freezes; Can't Use Certain Programs

I have a problem with what I think comes from dwwin.exe. Symptoms include: Computer freezes when opening Windows Media Player and iTunes, computer freezes at other random times, when I delete dwwin.exe from the Task Manager, the problem goes away for quite a while and then dwwin.exe comes back.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware freezes whenever I use it in Windows Normal Mode. A full scan is only possible when I use it in Safe Mode, but even after deleting malware files from the Safe Mode scan, the problem persists.

I do not know which log I should be posting. Please help.

http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=35314&page=2 <<< your last post had to be closed due to no response from you? These folks take time from their real lives to help you, you must follow up.

You need to read and follow the "Before you Post" instructions, I placed a link above. You should review all pinned (sticky) links so you can see stuff like this:
Do NOT run 'FIXES' before helpers have analyzed the HJT log

dwwin.exe <<< that is Microsoft Doctor Watson error reporting tool telling you about a problem.

The symptoms sound like malware, but can be something else. Start by posting a HijackThis log and I will see what I can find out.

    Please go here: http://www.pcpitstop.com/pcpitstop/default.asp
Register free (no need to purchase anything) and run the diagnostic tests. Post a link to those tests so I can vew the results.
