Default How to stop "Confirmation" pop up

I thought I had stopped all confirmation pop ups, but I still get them when it looks like a problem was fixed. Is this a bug?
    Running 1.6.2.42 as of 3/18/09.

It says at the end when the entire scan completes:
    "1 problems was fixed"
Unless I click on "OK" the message sticks there.

Meaning you have to click the OK prompt just once?
    Is that becoming a problem?

    Yes, just that once ..
I don't believe it is causing other issues as far as other applications such as Outlook from functioning correctly .. HOWEVER if all the S&D "confirmation" "settings" are correct that say you shouldn't get one, then why am I?

I know 'me too' posts are not always helpful but in this case I have noticed since a very recent update that this confirmation dialog for number of problems fixed at the end of a scheduled auto-run still comes up despite it not being there before the recent update and none of my settings have changed. This is annoying since in auto run mode it should close completely with no confirmation dialogs. If the machine is left unattended for days what will happen when the next scheduled start happens? As I said this only started for me after a recent update during an auto run. I am running 1.6.2.46 on XP SP3.
