Sneaky suspision there may be malware on me laptop

Hey, was wondering if someone could help me out- my computer has been displaying some erratic behavior, even more so than is normal for vista, and think i may have malware, possibly a trojan.

I've ran a scan with malware bytes, which found a number of infected objects which i deleted. Although one file could not be deleted and was under c:\users\holly\AppData\seekmo.

I have also ran a scan with hijack this, and here is the log:

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
