Given that some applications like ObjectDock (and Vista) assume that applications have a 256x256 32-bit icon, you should add one to each application. I found a PNG Object Dock will take for SpyBot, but not RegAlyzer or RunAlyzer.
(FileAlyzer had at least 128x128, it would look bad on a dock, but for my purposes, it will do. I am making icons for folders inside Program Files. These will have program icons inside a folder.)
Well, try this out. I got this icon from an author I think intended it to be for Windows's own RegEdit. I changed the hue to match. It doesn't look quite right. (The RegAlzyer icon has a loose block above rather than to the right.)
