Immunization - zero ?

I'm running XP SP3, IE 8 with latest updates, no toolbars installed. Security is taken care of by free Avast antivirus and free Comodo firewall. Immunization with Spybot reads 0 after running the option, any ideas what could be blocking it ?

Hello,

Did you closed the browser while immunizing?
Did you try to undo the immunization and then immunize again?
Have you also used the "Check again" function from the menu bar above?
Are you logged in as admin or as user with admin rights?
Do you have other user accounts on your pc?

That has fixed it, thank you very much. I closed the browser, opened Spybot, clicked on Immunize, it read zero, then clicked on Check again, it read zero then clicked on Undo and finally clicked on Immunize and now it works fine with everything protected!
