spybot162 for windows protection suite

Hi,

I recently downloaded spybot 162, to try to get rid of windows protection suite. This program has come the closest to getting rid of the problem.

Spybot detects it and removes all infected files, then when I have to reboot, the computer will not start up in normal mode, or safe mode. I have to restart using a previous working version, and then windows protection suite is still there and active!

Getting desperate. Can you help?
