Default After Scan "Fix Selected Problems" Button Doesn't Work?

Hello, I've been having all kinds of probems with my compter after Windows updated to IE8. I was finally able to unistall IE8 and go back to 7 but some problems are still with my computer. For instance I can not go into Internet Options on my computer and right clicking on most objects doesn't work anymore. So I scanned my computer with latest version of AVG and it found nothing. I scanned with Spybot and it found a few things but when I hit fix selected problems button it doesn't do anything? Other problems include start up being really slow and internet performance being a lot slower. All of my problems started with IE8, but I guess I must have picked up something aobut the same time.

    I am running windows vista

Here is a copy of the scan, please help

    Hello,

Please try to solve this problem as follows:
Right-click the Spybot - Search & Destroy entry in your start menu,
instead of just left-clicking to start it.
Then, choose Run as administrator from the context menu.
You will find a screenshot of this problem in our FAQ:
    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/42.html

    Best regards
    Sandra
