Spybot does not run, nor does AVG and "SpyNoMore" will not uninstall?

I have logged on to my computer this morning and when accessing IE it did not go to my usual homepage but to "Google" - even though it did not look like a Google page to me.

I thought something strange was goin on so went to run AVG and Spybot.

AVG will run but not scan. It is in my bottom right hand box with a warning triangle over it.

When I click on Spybot it says....

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file......."

I have tridd to uninstall AVG and another programme "spyNoMore" but neither will uninstall??

Massively confused and terrible with computers lol

Any help much appreciated.
