How to scan hidden files?

Hello all. I have Vista Ultimate, and have two questions:

1. How do I scan hidden files and folders in my PC? do i need to configure something in the spybot settings/tools?

2. When I exit from Spybot, the software closes but when i check in task manager I see that the SpybotSD.exe most of the time still running.
what should be the problem?

Spybot should scan any hidden files or folders it needs to,and you don't need to configure anything.

How are you exiting Spybot?
If you open taskmanager,rightclick SpybotSD.exe and select Open file location,does it take you to C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy?

As i wrote in the title, It stuck only after a scan. and not all the time.
It didn't happened now, so the next time it'll happen, i will check what you told me and then report here.

when I open Spybot to scan the PC, I get the following message that attached in here.

What does it mean?

The Spybot scan will run faster if you let Spybot clean the temporary files it found.
If you click Yes,Spybot will clean the temporary files for you.
