    Default Winlogon Question

I have a problem with my computer. I suddenly got this message and am afraid to answer it because the last time i selected deny I couldn't log into my computer. I had the Login-Logout Loop. I had to do a bunch of stuff to get in and it still shows up. I was going to allow it but my friend says that it could be a virus try to install itself. Please help!!! Here's a screen shot.

Such misunderstanding. It's really difficult to tell if it is indeed a "virus" because usually viruses don't tick TeaTimer with these prompts (half the time, we can't tell for sure if this is malicious or legitimate).

Are you sure you are comfortable using TeaTimer? Like do you understand it's prompts?
How did you respond to the prompt in the screenshot?
