Default Problems running scan on boot

    Hey all !
I have a problem concerning the boot scan. It worked fine the first couple of times, litterally, but now it just wont happen anymore. Even when I change the setting in the options to automatic boot scan. I need it cause everytime I scan my pc, it finds this one element (win32.fraudload.edt) which it can only 'fix' when the OS is running, so to speak.
Another issue I have with the program is that in addition to the problem element mentioned above, the other one it always finds is 'Statcounter', which supposedly gets fixed ok, but 'comes back' everytime. Is this something the Immunize function could help with? And why does it tell me that I need Admin rights, when my account is 'admin'? (double checked in the accounts settings).
Thanks for your time and concern,
    K

    Helllo,

You can solve this problem as follows:
Right-click the Spybot - Search & Destroy entry in your start menu,
instead of just left-clicking to start it.
Then, choose Run as administrator from the context menu.
You will find a screenshot of this problem in our FAQ:

    Best regards
