Immunization Problems - Win 7 Home Premium

Everytime I try and re-immunize in admin mode after downloading updates I informed that this cannot be completed - the help window suggests the problem points to my Internet Security software.
As the same security runs with no conflicts at all on a pc loaded with XP Home, I can only presume that it is Win 7 that is causing the problems.. Has anyone else had the same ptroblems? Any help/advice appreciated.
