Fast browser turned slow after adding S&D Host file

I was flirting with that idea prior to posting here. I don't really like changing the way my operating system thinks simply to conform to the way 3rd party software thinks.

It did work though. I'm just wondering how it will interfere with windows. Still annoyed by the update that was suggested and is not available. Something just isn't right about that.

Anyhow, thanks Zenobia. Now onto this peculiar net_save.dna file on my C drive that likes to download my files to their server when I'm not looking.

As for the net_save.dna file on your C drive,there is some info here indicating it might possibly be an administration information file related to your modem performance.

That is odd with the update.I'll try to look into it more when I have a chance.
From the description on the Spybot page,and from what I remember,I think the issue with Immunization and IE 8 was more a problem with large amounts of sites being added to IE 8's restricted sites zone.
