Ater Immunization not all entries are protected.

Hello,

i hope you will understand my question, my english is not so well. Sorry for this.

After Immunization i get the Message that not all entries are protected.
I use Win 10, and all uptdates are installed, use Mozilla, and i execute the Spybot - Search and Destroy Software 2.6 as Adminstrator.
In Add i have installed Malewarebytes and Avira. During immunization the Mozilla, Malewarebytes and Avira are not open/running.

Any one knows what i make wrong?
Would be nice when anyone could help me.
