Default continuous infection of Virtumonde.sdn hijacks ie displays page cannot be found

was infected a week or so ago, & ended up trying to reinstall sp3. After doing that, I was not able to access the internet via IE but could access it via msn explorer so I know I have internet. I can download updates, I can access my network which is set up on the infected desktop (linksys router) from my laptop yet everytime I try to access with IE I get the "page cannot be displayed" (& also now msn explorer will not work either) I am sooo tired of trying to fix this. I've followed forums, reset my winsock, I've unticked "auto dns" & changed DNS to static 208.67.220.220 & 208.67.222.222, I've ticked, unticked & ticked again "auto ip address" although many forums said to untick it. Spybot S&D will detect, I remove, run SBS&D again @ startup and all good. I try to use my browser but the only way I can get past "page cannot be displayed" is to disarm my Mcafee firewall. as soon as I do that bam I'm reinfected. I have found in my startup menu ccagent.exe & have cleared it from both SBS&D startup & have also denied it access in to the internet via Mcafee advanced settings/program permissions. I've noticed it has reappeared again a few times but after my last restart I checked all & it has not re-appeared. I want to ensure it does not reappear once I try to open IE so I am not touching it at all. I am using another computer which is on my home network. I've also run trend micro housecall after this last startup & it was not detected. (it has been detected in the past scans I've run the last few days & removed via housecall)
I have followed advice & uninstalled Limewire & also uninstalled all old sunmicro java programs & reloaded the most recent. I have downloaded erunt & saved registry backup. I have downloaded hijackthis & the log is as follows:

    Hello

    Welcome to Safer Networking.

    Please read Before You Post
While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen. It is advisable that you back up your important data before starting any clean up procedure. Neither Safer Networking Forums nor the Analyst providing the advice may be held responsible for any loss.

You have a lot of nasty stuff going on, since no internet you will need to download programs we are going to use to a known clean computer and transfer them by CD ( not a thumb drive ) to the infected one.

Please download Malwarebytes from Here or Here

    • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
    • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    • Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
    • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected .
    • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location and post the results.
    • Note: If you receive a notice that some of the items couldn't be removed, that they have been added to the delete on reboot list, please reboot.
Post the report and also a new HJT log please
