Oh, sorry! When I say "office" I mean his own personal office. He has his own small business and this is the only computer there on the network. It's not a company computer and there is no IT department. Thanks for pointing that out and sorry again! If you still suggest a new topic with a fresh HJT log, I'd be happy to do so.
